Today, the problem of information security has become particularly acute. In this regard, I developed and registered in the People’s Council a draft law of the Donetsk People’s Republic “On Amendments to Article 20 of the DPR Law “On Information and Information Technologies” and the DPR Law “On Mass Media””.

Today, a draft law “On languages in the Donetsk People’s Republic” was registered on the International Day of Native Language in the People’s Council. A language issue was politicized both in the USSR and Ukraine, it was constantly being used for manipulations and propaganda.

The active participation of citizens in the state’s political life is very crucial. The Public Chamber is, first and foremost, public control, as well as an expert platform within the framework of which it is possible to establish collaboration between various social institutions.

The creation of the Civic Chamber of the Donetsk People's Republic, the main purpose of which will be to represent the interests of our citizens, is a natural consequence of the fact that the Republic is entering a new level of state-building.

The Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasily Gritsak is trying to “justify” radicals by accusing Donbass and the Russian Federation of involvement in attacks on the churches of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. This was stated by the DPR’s People’s Council Valery Skorokhodov to RIA Novosti.

If we discard all the nonsense from the speech of Ukrainian President Poroshenko, compiled according to dusty Russophobic guiding manuals, we can single out one important point. The Ukrainian authorities officially declare that they are shelling the Donbass and will continue to do so.

Deputy Andrey Bayevsky commented on the use of light arms by Ukraine near the “Gorlovka – Mayorsk” border crossing station, which resulted in wounding one peaceful citizen, in an interview with the correspondent of the Donetsk People’s Republic’s official website.

Kiev’s plans regarding forceful takeover of the Donbass Republics have been created for the psychological impact on the Ukrainian security forces, and not for a full-scale military invasion, deputy of the DPR People’s Council, Chairman of the Committee for Criminal and Administrative Law Alexey Zhigulin shared his opinion with RIA Novosti.

The Minsk agreements are the basic and only document signed by the DPR, the LPR and Ukraine, which is capable of resolving the conflict in the Donbass, Chairman of the Committee on Civil and Arbitration Law Andrey Bayevsky told DAN.

We have not yet reached a full-fledged peace, but each saved life and a departure from the “hot stage” of the war as a whole confirm the fact that the Minsk agreements are in fact the only way to resolve the conflict with Ukraine by diplomatic means. Chairman of the DPR People’s Council of Vladimir Bidyovka said this was in an interview with a DPR's official site correspondent.
