On December 9, the Donetsk Park named after The Lenin Komsomol hosted the unveiling of a bust of the Hero of the Donetsk People’s Republic, People’s Artist of the USSR and the DPR Joseph Kobzon.

On November 29, the People’s Council adopted the DPR Law "On the State Border of the Donetsk People’s Republic." The Chairman of the DPR People’s Council, Vladimir Bidyovka, provided his commentary on the main provisions of the Law to the press.
