On June 27, a solemn ceremony of rewarding of the winners of the republican competition entitled “Youth Award – 2017” took place in the Donetsk National Academic Musical and Drama Theatre. The event was attended by the Chairman of the DPR People’s Council Denis Pushilin and the deputies of the DPR People’s Council.

On June 24, at the extreme polygon "Avdotieno" in the Leninsky district of Donetsk, team competitions among the youth "The Race of Heroes" took place. The event was attended by Chairman of the DPR People's Council Denis Pushilin, DPR Minister of Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism Mikhail Mishyn.

On June 22, the DPR People's Council Chairman, the head of the central executive committee of the public movement "Donetsk Republic" Denis Pushilin presented the membership cards to the employees of the State Enterprise "High Voltage Networks", "PES Energougol" and "Donetskoblenergo", transferred to the external management. The deputy of the DPR People's Council, Marina Zheynova, also took part in the event.

On June 21, in Minsk, a regular meeting of the Contact group on the peaceful settlement of the conflict in the Donbass was held. The agenda included issues related to the exchange of prisoners, the ceasefire observance, the disengagement of forces and facilities in Stanitsa Luganskaya, and the withdrawal of prohibited weapons from the contact line.

A new initiative by Ukrainian politicians (draft law on the State Policy for the restoration of State sovereignty) is an attempt to legalize the commencement of full-scale hostilities in Donbass.

The intention of the Ukrainian authorities to abandon the so-called 'ATO' in the Donbass and instead to take a number of measures for its "reintegration" is unlikely to lead to peace.

On June 16, a solemn event, dedicated to the DPR Health Worker Day, took place in the Donetsk State Academic Musical and Drama Theatre. The Chairman of the DPR People’s Council, the deputies of the DPR People’s Council such as Alexander Kostenko and Sergey Zavdoveyev, the Acting Health Minister participated in the event.

Denis Pushilin, Permanent Representative of the DPR to the peace talks in Minsk, the Chairman of the DPR People's Council, commented on the statement of US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson that Russia and Ukraine could come to an agreement on resolving the crisis outside the Minsk accords.

On June 14, a solemn presentation of membership cards of public movement “Donetsk Republic” to personnel of “Invest-trans”, which had gone into receivership, took place in Yenakiyevo.

On June 14, on the initiative of the DPR Head, Alexander Zakharchenko, the employees of three enterprises, at which the external management was introduced, namely, the Gorlovka state enterprise "Stirol", the Yenakievo enterprise "Invest-trans" and the Yenakiyevo Coke Processor, were presented with food sets.
