Alexey Zhigulin: Yet another imitation of vigorous political activity by Ukraine awaits us

The Republics will implement the Minsk agreements and hope for reciprocal steps from Kiev: direct negotiations, implementation of the signed documents, recognition of Donbass and its right to self-government and self-determination. This was stated in a commentary to the Donetsk News Agency by DPR People’s Council deputy Alexey Zhigulin.

“The signing of the formula is only a nominal gesture. Earlier, Ukraine has been repeatedly delaying the peaceful settlement. And the fact that Kiev signed the formula does not mean at all that the Ukrainian authorities are going to fulfil their obligations by granting the Republics of Donbass a special status by introducing appropriate amendments to the Constitution,” Alexey Zhigulin said.
