Almost 22 thousand DPR inhabitants put signature under appeal to leaders of Russian Federation, United States and Germany – Denis Pushilin
On February 8, the DPR People’s Council Chairman Denis Pushilin in an exclusive interview with Donetsk news agency spoke about course of the collection of signatures under the appeal to the leaders of the Russian Federation, the United States of America and the Federal Republic of Germany with a request to influence Kiev and to stop the genocide in Donbass.
According to the Speaker of Parliament, the recent aggravation of the contact line has strengthened the view that Ukraine does not seek to resolve the conflict peacefully.
“For nearly three years of hostilities we had ample opportunity to verify the absence of aspirations from Ukraine to resolve the conflict peacefully. And last worsening only strengthened this view,” Denis Pushilin said.
The Chairman of the People’s Council emphasized that the appeal of the Donbass Republics to the world’s leaders to influence Kiev became “an expression of the DPR residents’ view.”
“To date, the petition was signed by almost 22 thousand inhabitants of the DPR, and the response which we have received suggests that we are heading the right way,” the Speaker said.
