In Ukraine, the system of higher education is gradually breaking down. Along with the progressive deterioration of the economic situation and de-industrialization, the degradation of the higher education system is an inevitable consequence.

The sabotage by Ukraine of any process aimed at the peaceful resolution of the conflict in Donbass continues. When Ukraine runs out of coherent arguments, it is disdain to use unsubstantiated inadequate criticism against all in its rhetoric. This is exactly what happened at the meeting of the Contact Group in Minsk on July 5 2017.
