Kiev’s plans regarding forceful takeover of the Donbass Republics have been created for the psychological impact on the Ukrainian security forces, and not for a full-scale military invasion, deputy of the DPR People’s Council, Chairman of the Committee for Criminal and Administrative Law Alexey Zhigulin shared his opinion with RIA Novosti.

The Minsk agreements are the basic and only document signed by the DPR, the LPR and Ukraine, which is capable of resolving the conflict in the Donbass, Chairman of the Committee on Civil and Arbitration Law Andrey Bayevsky told DAN.

We have not yet reached a full-fledged peace, but each saved life and a departure from the “hot stage” of the war as a whole confirm the fact that the Minsk agreements are in fact the only way to resolve the conflict with Ukraine by diplomatic means. On February 12, a rally, dedicated to the 101st anniversary of the proclamation of the Donetsk-Krivorozh Republic took place near the Monument to Artyom (Fedor Sergeyev).
