From olden times, your land was famous for strong, hardworking and persistent people. During The Great Patriotic War, the citizens of Starobeshevo made a worthy contribution to the Victory. Today, in spite of rough conditions, you keep serving the cause of your land and your people – building, defending and reconstructing your district and you believe in the future of the DPR.
I sincerely thank you for your feat. I am sure, with such like-minded people, we have every chance to win. I wish you peace, well and prosperity. Happy Holiday!ʺ the text of the greetings said.
