Vladislav Rusanov: Desovietization policy destroys industry of Ukraine itself

Desovietization played a dirty joke on the Ukrainian authorities, People’s Council MP Vladislav Rusanov said in a comment to the DPR official website.

“When visiting the Malyshev plant in Kharkov, President of Ukraine Zelensky was surprised that in one year this enterprise produced only one tank for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He even remembered that in the past, the plant produced about 900 tanks a year. I would like to ask Mr. Zelensky question if he sees a direct connection between the law on desovietization and the state of affairs at the legendary Kharkov enterprise, where the world-famous T-34 tanks were created. Doesn’t it seem weird to him that in the country, where Marshal of Victory Georgy Zhukov’s monuments and plaques are being demolished, it’s at least strange to cite the feats of the workers of the Soviet rear during the Great Patriotic War as an example?” the parliamentarian said.
