The initiative of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to introduce a peacekeeping force messes all things up for Ukraine. It was declared by the Chairman of the DPR People's Council Denis Pushilin in the “Without Ties” TV programme on “Oplot TV” television channel.

The Chairman of the DPR People's Council, the permanent representative of the DPR for the talks of the Contact group in Minsk, Denis Pushilin, in an interview with RIA Novosti commented on the information that the government of the Russian Federation is considering the redistribution and streamlining of the aid provided for Donbass.
