On March 3, Donetsk held the II Congress of Donetsk public organization "Young Republic". The event was attended by Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko and Chairman of the DPR People's Council Denis Pushilin.

For us, the introduction of temporary administrations in the enterprises, operating previously under the Ukrainian jurisdiction in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, is a tough but necessary measure. It was preceded by a flagrant violation of the Minsk agreements on the part of Ukraine and, in particular, the blockade, organized by radical nationalists.

The permanent plenipotentiary representative of the DPR in the Contact group at negotiations in Minsk, the Chairman of DPR People’s Council Denis Pushilin commented in an interview with the press on the outcome of today's meeting of the Contact group on peaceful conflict resolution in Donbass.

On March 1, Minsk hosted a regular meeting of the Contact group on the peaceful settlement of the conflict in Donbass. The agenda included issues related to the violation of the ceasefire, the situation around the Donetsk filtration plant and exchange of prisoners.

As a part of today's meeting of the subgroup on humanitarian affairs and the meeting of the Contact group, there was held a presentation of the humanitarian programme for the reunification of Donbass people, presented earlier by the Heads of the Donetsk People's Republic Alexander Zakharchenko and the Lugansk People's Republic Igor Plotnitsky.

As the Head of our state Alexander Zakharchenko said, enterprises that are on the ground of the Donetsk People's Republic and which were built by our fathers and grandfathers, belong to the people. If the enterprise not only work for the benefit of the people, but also directly or indirectly pay for the genocide of the people, they should be brought under state control.

Accepting changes in the tax laws regarding the clarification of the taxation of non-residents, the Donetsk People’s Republic takes over full responsibility for its citizens, Chairman of the DPR People’s Council Denis Pushilin said.

The DPR People's Council Chairman, permanent plenipotentiary representative of the DPR to the negotiations of the Contact group in Minsk Denis Pushilin commented on another attempt of the Ukrainian side to sabotage the agreements reached on withdrawal of equipment from the contact line.

On February 18, the DPR People's Council Chairman Denis Pushilin commented on the recognition by the Russian Federation of documents issued on the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics.

One gets the impression that the Ukrainian side in the economic subgroup at negotiations in Minsk was forcibly brought and seated at the table. No one cares now about their ambitions or whims.
